First Look At The New Star Trek Film

The first teaser trailer for the relaunched Star Trek franchise has hit the web. For more on the Star Trek movie, visit the new official Star Trek movie website. The relaunch is being helmed by “Lost” mastermind J.J. Abrams. Star Trek was once the ’smart’ sci-fi franchise but the Trek brand has devolved into a state ofirrelevance and some of the past films were simply horrible. The two iconic characters of James T. Leonard Nimoy will be putting on his ears to play a wizened Spock in the new film, but there will be no William Shatner as Captain Kirk. The 77-year-old actor has posted a video on his YouTube site, discussing his side of not being in the film.
